Marriage Counseling is a mission in GTA 5. The mission is unlocked after completing Father Son and Pulling Favors.

After the cutscene, get into the pickup truck and follow after the tennis instructor as he ascends up the hills.
Midway during the chase, a hippy van will block the way. You cannot avoid this van no matter what (unfortunately), so just drive around it and a waypoint will then appear on the GPS.
Drive over to the waypoint to trigger a cutscene. From there, rev up the pickup truck to start leveling the house. It takes three tugs to bring the house tumbling down, so get to it!
After the house is totaled, drive back to Michael's house to trigger a phone call from the owner of the house, who then sends a few hitmen after you.
GOLD MEDAL REQUIREMENTS: "DRIVE-BY KILLER"
After Michael answers the call from the house owner, she sends two cars after you with several hitmen. Rather than escape them, stop your car and do a Drive-by shooting on them when they get close. Remember, the car does NOT need to be in motion to do a Drive-by!
Rotate the camera and start spraying bullets on all of them to complete this requirement.
When the coast is clear, drive back to Michael's house to complete the mission.
