Meltdown is a GTA 5 Mission.

WEAPONS PREPARATION NOTE
This mission will be dangerous, so go to Ammu-Nation before going to Ponsonbys and stock up on ammo and Body Armor so that you are ready for the shoot-out.
The mission begins at the Ponsonby store near Rockford Hills, so drive on over there and enter the store. Purchase the "TUXEDO" item on the right side of the store to trigger the mission.
Once that's done, enter the limousine and go along for the ride withJimmy to the "Meltdown" premiere. When you arrive, exit the car and walk the red carpet to trigger a series of cutscenes.
After the cutscene, Michael has TWO minutes to drive back to his house and save Amanda and Tracey from the Merryweather gang. Quickly enter the red Vacca Lamborghini sitting right behind the limo and zoom over the house quickly!
Once Michael arrives at the house, enter the front door to see Amanda being grappled. Quickly aim for the hostile's head and shoot him down!
Follow Amanda up to Tracy’s bedroom and circle left around the bed but don’t approach too closely. This position will expose some of the hostage-taker’s profile. Quickly put a bullet in his head or he’ll shoot Tracy out of nervousness. If this doesn't work, equip the Stun Gun and shoot him.
With the family secured, equip any weapon and start reigning fire on the Merryweather hostiles. Slowly make your way downstairs and watch the GPS radar to see their positions.
The hostiles are wearing body armor, so keep shooting rounds on them until they are completely dead (otherwise, they'll get up and keep shooting Michael). Don't forget about the Health Pack in the kitchen if you need it!
Clear the house of hostiles and then make your way outside to encounter two more vehicles.
Shoot the men in the vehicles and steer clear of them! Stay in cover and take them down until the house has been cleared of enemies. When the coast is clear, make your way back upstairs to trigger a cutscene and to complete the mission.
